April 2024 – Union Jack Club, London – CAT B refurbishment, Project Instructed.
This project is a CAT B refurbishment of the 3 existing rooms on the 23rd floor and 3rd floor.
Works include new plasterboard ceilings and partitions, new ensuites, floors, joinery.
Full new M&E building upgrades will be carried out to complete the phase of refurbishment.
Started April 2024, completion July 2024.
