April 2024 – Norton Folgate, “Day 2” – CAT A refurbishment, Project Instructed.
This project comprises of continued CAT A refurbishments to enhance a newly created/refurbished High End Office Building, including Enhanced lighting & decorations to Reception, Office & Lobby spaces, and a new Ground Floor Café.
Starting May 2024, completion August 2024.
