February 2023 – 5 Savile Row, London – CAT A refurbishment, Project Instructed.
We have been instructed to undertake the shell and core works to the shop unit on 5
Savile row. We are undertaking a number of structural alterations and creating new
openings in the slab to allow the feature lift installation.
New works include a new lift installation, new metal staircase and all below ground
drainage, left ready for the tenants fitout contractor.
Started February 2023, completion May 2023.
