April 2024 – 4 Denman St, London – CAT A refurbishment, Project Instructed.
This project is a CAT A refurbishment of the existing ground and basement to allow a blank canvas for future incoming tenants. Further maintenance / refurbishment works will commence to the 1st-3rd floor flats, including joinery, decorations, lighting.
Full new M&E building upgrades to ground and basement will be carried out to complete the phase of refurbishment.
Started April 2024, completed July 2024.
