October 2024 – 23 Devonshire Place, London – CAT A refurbishment, Project commenced.
23 Devonshire Place is a grade II listed heritage property connected to a hospital. The project entails a CAT B fitout across all 6 floors, featuring a duplex apartment and rooftop terrace.
The building will undergo significant enhancements, including the installation of new M&E Systems, insulation upgrades and professional finishes throughout. The design will create a healthcare facility incorporating specialist nurse call systems.
The external façades will be carefully restored to honour the buildings historical significance.
