August 2024 – 23 Devonshire Place, London – CAT A refurbishment, Project instructed
23 Devonshire Place is a grade II listed heritage property connected to a hospital. The works are involved include a CAT B fitout of the entire 6 floors, which incorporates a duplex flat and rooftop terrace.
The building will be upgraded with complete, new M&E installations, insulation upgrades and specialist finishes throughout. The space is designed as a healthcare facility with specialist nurse call systems.
The external façades will be carefully refurbished to reflect the historic heritage of the building.
