August 2024 - 2 Berwick St, London – CAT A refurbishment, Project Instructed.
This project is a CAT A refurbishment of the existing building, to allow a tenant to relocate within the ground and basement shop unit and put their own unique touch to the space.
Works include testing of existing A/C, new fire alarm to bring it up to code as well as new viewing lighting and decorations throughout. The existing WC’s will be retained and deep cleaned.
