February 2022 - 103 Wigmore St, London – CAT A refurbishment, Project complete.
This project is a CAT A refurbishment of the existing East wing space of the building to allow the space to be brought back to the market-place.
Works include new metal pan ceilings, with MF borders and decorations throughout. The existing WC’s have been completely redesigned and refurbished to provide modern services. The common parts/lift lobbies have been refurbished to provide a lighter modern theme, with new feature floor tiling and wall finishes.
Full new M&E building upgrades (including sprinkler modifications) were carried out to the office and wc areas.
Started February 2022, completed July 2022.
