This project comprised of the construction of a bespoke luxury residential property for a private Client on a three acre hillside site in Surrey Hills.

The project included the demolition of an existing bungalow, ground level reductions and hillside stabilisation and the formation of a steel framed residence over three floors.

The property includes a complete leisure complex with swimming pool, sauna, gymnasium and the like built into the basement level. Expansive living accommodation to the ground and first floors and five bedroom suites.

The grounds were fully landscaped and new security fencing and gates were installed. The property also boasts high specification security systems, audio/visual systems, heat and grey water recovery systems and photovoltaic cells technology etc.
