This project consisted of splitting a larger unit into two lettable smaller units.

The space was split with a fully fired rated full height division partition.

Unit 1 was Cat B fit out including full furnishings ready for tenants to move in including floor finishes, kitchenette, M&E services, and furniture.

Unit 2 was Cat B fit out including floor finishes, kitchenette, and M&E services.

​

Both units involved creating glazed partition meeting rooms.
