The project comprised of the fitout of an existing commercial/retail property on the Kings Road, for a private client.

The Client required the existing Ground and Basement to be altered and adapted to become a Furniture showroom.

​

The works comprised of new conditioning, electrical systems including new LED lighting, wall linings, partitions, suspended ceilings, decorations WC, Kitchen, Office, and Store Rooms, along with concrete, timber and vinyl floor finishes.

​

Externally the existing shopfront was removed and a new bespoke timber/glazed shopfront, with lead flashings, installed, and acoustic enclosure to surround the mechanical equipment.

New retail space then fitted out by Client’s own specialist shop fitting contractor, managed by Mica Projects.
