This project comprised of the complete remodelling of an existing swimming pool for a private residential development, comprising of 40 properties to provide a new structure and operational systems.

The aim of the project was to take a derelict building, originally housing a swimming pool that had been out of use for some years and provide a new complex. The only parts of the existing building that were retained were some of the external walls, the original slab and the swimming pool carcass.

The external perimeter existing walls were refurbished and a new extension built, a new roof structure and finish, new mechanical, drainage and electrical services installed.

New swimming pool plant and operative systems were installed with new shower and changing facilities and sauna.

​

The project was completed by re landscaping the surrounding gardens including a new stone terrace.
