The project comprised of the complete internal and part external of two neighbouring office buildings in a business park, for a fund Client. The works required the Fleetsbridge House levels 1-3 including common parts/WC’s to be fully refurbished to provide new lettable office space.
The adjacent building, Waterloo House, we replaced all the windows to new aluminium, new shopfronts/fire escape routes and full internal refurbishment to provide new lettable office space.
The works included complete new mechanical services, public health services and electrical services including new Mains installations, suspended LED lighting, fire alarm installations and the like. All services installed are exposed.
Additionally, the underside of the floors/ceilings were fitted with plasterboard ceilings and new partitions were installed to form new core areas.
WC works included tiling, wall linings and plasterboard ceilings to form WC’s and shower areas to each floor.
All works were carried out within occupied buildings, maintaining all access for tenants and working with noise restrictions to suit call centres
