The project comprised of the refurbishment/extension of an existing reception to a commercial property, for a fund Client.

The reception works involved a complete shell and core strip out and refinish over 2 phases, to a single entrance property.

​

The fit out then comprised of specialist bronze and polished plastered finishes, air conditioning, lighting, suspended ceiling, stone/terrasso floor finishes, bespoke chandeliers, and extended to provide greater internal space, finished with new curtain walling.

Externally the property to both elevations required existing brise soleil panels to be removed upto first floor level and replaced with bespoke bronze canopies and reveal fins.
