10 newburgh street

This project was the full refurbishment to a high standard along Newburgh St on behalf of Shaftesbury estate. The project was specifically designed architecturally to highlight the traditional features of these older buildings in and around Soho.

Certain aspects of the works were designed in accordance with conservation surveyors instructions.

The works included some minor delicate structural openings being created to open up the floors and provide better flow. The floors were then fully overhauled with all new surface mounted M&E services, chased in services throughout and a WC refurbishment to the 3rd floor.

The existing floor boards were retained, sanded and treated in accordance with the conservation of the existing finishes.

The projects intentions was to provide a new lease of life on an older building, which was delivered to a high standard.
