This project comprised of the refurbishment of an two existing commercial office buildings with part Ground floor retail suite.

The project was a full internal strip out and CAT A refurbishment to seven floors to provide new open plan office suites in 45 Bedford Row & Brownlow House.

Lettable office space works included installing new air conditioning / electrical systems including new LED lighting, along with new wall linings and suspended ceilings, raised flooring and decorations.

Common area and reception works included new LED lighting, linings, suspended ceilings, signage, feature flooring and installation of a new lift.

New tenant WCs were formed on each floor and fitted to a high specification in accordance with the Architect’s details.
