The project comprised of the construction of a new bespoke Child Care Centre for a US Client at their UK Business campus and included a complete development from a 'green field' site to a fully fitted out and furnished development.

The works comprised of ground preparation, piled foundations with ground beams, new decorative block and brick external walls, steel frame construction, flat roof, landscaping etc.

New mains services were required including incoming mains electrical installation, water and gas supplies together with data and communications interlinks to adjacent Client properties.

The internal works comprised of fire protection to steel work, new partitioning and walls, suspended ceilings, services including mechanical ventilation and heat recovery, plumbing and heating systems, LED lighting, small power, data and communications, security, CCTV systems and the like.
