The project comprised of the CAT B fit-out of an existing space that we had previously undertaken a CAT A refurbishment on.
The existing part Ground Floor was divided into part open plan office space with separate meeting rooms, phone booths and Dining area. 
Where new partitions were installed new metal corrugated linings were installed to create the shipping container impression. Felt wall coverings were installed to the Phonebooth walls and a feature wall in the Boardroom.

A purpose made joinery credenza unit was installed to provide some division within the open plan area. A purpose-made sprayed kitchen was supplied and installed with large Oak floating shelves.

New ceilings were installed providing MF feature rafts with LED lighting throughout.

Full new Electrical systems were installed to suit the new layout and comms installations to suit.

The existing AC was altered to suit the layouts and new split units were installed to the comms room.
