The project comprised of the CAT B Fit Out of 4 floors of office space within 7 Savoy Court. The floors had recently been refurbished to a CAT Standard.

 

The works required Floors 5-8 (extending to approx of 28,000 sq.ft) to be fitted out to suit the Client requirements. 

 

Floors 5-7 had additional offices, meeting rooms and Tea points installed with modifications to existing lighting and mechanical services to suit. New power and data was installed throughout all floors.

 

Floor 8 comprised the Client reception Area, Meeting Room Suite and Café area complete with commercial kitchen and wash up. New MF ceilings were installed to the majority of the floor, complete with feature lighting. Powder Coated double glazed partitions were installed to meeting room fronts, complete with veneered doors. Mechanical services installations were modified and extended to suit the new layout. Specialist floor finishes were installed throughout, included carpet “insets” within the Meeting Room and Reception Areas.

 

Bespoke Reception desk was manufactured and installed, complete with Siletsone top and front panel and concealed services.
