The project comprised of the Fit Out of part of an existing commercial property in a business park environment, for an end user.

The works required the existing floor space of 9,000 sq.ft to be fully fitted out to provide new office space for the Client.

Office space works included modifying the existing air conditioning/ electrical systems including new feature LED lighting, along with new glazed and solid partitions, linings and suspended ceilings, decorations, staff kitchen/rest area and carpet works.

Bespoke banquette seating/table arrangement complete with weathered “mesh” screens were installed within the staff rest area.

Carpeting works included the installation of contrasting “shapes” within the main field areas.
